• How do I cancel my subscription?

    To cancel your TrapCall subscription, follow the steps below:

     

    If you use iOS:

     

      1. Open Subscriptions on your mobile device.
      2. Tap the subscription that you want to cancel.

      3. Tap Cancel Subscription or Cancel Free Trial. If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.


    If you're unable to cancel following the steps provided above, you can also cancel from a different device by following the instructions found in this article.

     

    If you use Android:

     

    1. Open the Google Play app
    2. At the top right, tap the profile icon
    3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions > Select the app
    4. Tap Cancel subscription
    5. Follow the instructions

     

    If you subscribed through the website:

     

    1. Go to the website, and make sure you're logged into your account
    2. Select the reason for cancelation

    3. Click I'm sure I want to cancel

     

    ⚠️ Once you've canceled your subscription, you'll need to deactivate the service on your phone. To do so, please visit www.deactivatemyphone.com. This tool is available 24/7 to ensure TrapCall has been fully deactivated from your device. Kindly note that simply deleting the app from your phone does not cancel the service or remove the programming from your phone.

    If you’re dissatisfied with our product, let us first apologize for not meeting your expectations. To request a refund, please follow the instructions below, depending on the platform you used to subscribe.

    If you purchased a TrapCall subscription on the App Store:

    1. Access this webpage
    2. Sign in with the Apple ID you used to make the purchase
    3. Tap I’d like to > Choose Request a refund
    4. Choose the reason why you want a refund > Next
    5. Choose the purchased item > Submit

    If you purchased a TrapCall subscription on the Google Play Store, you can request a refund by following the instructions found in this article.

    If you subscribed to the app through our Website, kindly send us a refund request at support@trapcall.com, making sure to include:

    • The reason for the request
    • The phone number associated with your TrapCall account
    • A screenshot of the invoice received via email that notified you of the charge from our app

    If you're experiencing issues requesting a refund through the App Store or Google Play Store, don't hesitate to contact Apple Support and Google Play Support directly. Unfortunately, as we don’t manage your Apple/Google subscriptions and payments, we cannot issue refunds in these cases.

  • Can I use a single Apple ID to purchase TrapCall on multiple phones (Family Sharing)?

    Unfortunately, TrapCall does not support Apple's iTunes Family Sharing. If you have another iPhone you'd like to activate with TrapCall, you'll need to use a different Apple ID to purchase a membership.

  • How can I change from a monthly to a yearly subscription?

    If you are currently on a monthly subscription plan and would like to change to a yearly subscription, please follow these steps:

    iPhone:

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Select the top entry, which is your name, followed by Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes and App Store.
    3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
    4. Tap Apple ID: yourname@email.com
    5. Tap View Apple ID.
    6. Tap Subscriptions.
    7. Scroll to and tap on TrapCall Subscription.
    8. Tap TrapCall Yearly Membership.

    Desktop:

    1. Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
    2. In the Account menu select View My Account…
    3. In the Settings section, select Manage next to Subscriptions.
    4. Select TrapCall Subscription from the list of apps.
    5. Choose TrapCall Yearly Membership (1 Year).
    6. Select Done.
  • How can I change my plan?

    To change your plan, please click HERE. You’ll be able to upgrade, downgrade, or change your billing duration.

     

  • How do I update the card on file?

    To update the credit card on file for your TrapCall subscription, please click HERE. After you've entered all of your billing information, click Add Card. The new card will be added to your account and will be billing on your renewal date.

     

  • How can I change the phone number on my account?

    To change the phone number on your account, please click HERE. You'll be asked to confirm your new number. After you select Update Number & Activate you'll be provided with instructions to reactivate TrapCall on your phone.

     

  • How will I be billed?

    During the sign up process, you will be given the option of a monthlyyearly, or two-year subscription. TrapCall is a subscription service that automatically renews once your current billing cycle has ended. This billing schedule continues until you decide you no longer need the service and are ready to cancel the service and deactivate TrapCall from your phone. With all of our plans, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

  • How do I change my PIN?

    We understand that privacy and security are very important. To change your PIN, please click HERE. Enter your new PIN and confirm, then select Change PIN. Your new PIN will be updated which you will need to use in order to log back in to your account.
