    👉 How to Deactivate TrapCall

If you’ve canceled your subscription or need to remove TrapCall from your phone:

👉 Why am I receiving an error when trying to activate?

If dialing your activation code displays an error, it means your carrier isn’t allowing you to change your Conditional Call Forwarding. Contact your carrier’s Technical Support team and ask them to enable Conditional Call Forwarding using the correct forwarding number for your carrier:

    Carrier Support Number Forwarding Number
    AT&T 1-800-331-0500 +17018011262
    T-Mobile 1-877-746-0909 +17326082679
    MetroPCS 1-888-863-8768 +15303036234
    Sprint 1-888-211-4727 +17018011269
    Verizon 1-800-837-4966 +17738013928
    US Cellular 1-888-944-9400 +16033363210
    Cricket 1-888-274-2538 +17018011262
    C-Spire 1-855-277-4735 +17738013928

    Spectrum 1-800-892-4357 +17738013928

Important: Let the representative know you want to enable Conditional Call Forwarding (forward when busy, unanswered, or unreachable), not full call forwarding, which would forward all your calls.
