• How do I cancel my subscription?

  • Can I use a single Apple ID to purchase TrapCall on multiple phones (Family Sharing)?

    Unfortunately, TrapCall does not support Apple's iTunes Family Sharing. If you have another iPhone you'd like to activate with TrapCall, you'll need to use a different Apple ID to purchase a membership.

  • How do I cancel my TrapCall for iOS subscription?

    Unfortunately, Apple does not give developers any control over your subscription or billing, so we are unable to cancel for you. However, Apple makes it pretty easy to manage your TrapCall subscription from your iPhone. To cancel your membership, please follow these steps:

    1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone
    2. Tap iTunes & App Store then tap on your Apple ID
    3. Select View Apple ID, use your Touch ID, Face ID, or enter your password and choose OK
    4. Tap Subscriptions
    5. Under Active, tap TrapCall and select Cancel Subscription

    If you're unable to cancel following the steps provided above, you can also cancel from a Mac or PC by clicking HERE.

    IMPORTANT: Once you've canceled your subscription, you'll need to deactivate the service on your phone. To do so, please visit www.deactivatemyphone.com. This tool is available 24/7 to ensure TrapCall has been fully deactivated from your device.

  • How can I change from a monthly to a yearly subscription?

    If you are currently on a monthly subscription plan and would like to change to a yearly subscription, please follow these steps:

    iPhone:

    1. Open the Settings app.
    2. Select the top entry, which is your name, followed by Apple ID, iCloud, iTunes and App Store.
    3. Tap iTunes & App Store.
    4. Tap Apple ID: yourname@email.com
    5. Tap View Apple ID.
    6. Tap Subscriptions.
    7. Scroll to and tap on TrapCall Subscription.
    8. Tap TrapCall Yearly Membership.

    Desktop:

    1. Open iTunes on your Mac or PC.
    2. In the Account menu select View My Account…
    3. In the Settings section, select Manage next to Subscriptions.
    4. Select TrapCall Subscription from the list of apps.
    5. Choose TrapCall Yearly Membership (1 Year).
    6. Select Done.

  • Why is there a charge on my card?

    TrapCall is a subscription based service that reveals blocked and No Caller ID numbers from any mobile device across most carriers. If you signed up and are unsure of which package you selected please login to your account with your mobile number and 4 digit pin and visit the Subscription page. All of our subscriptions automatically renew.

  • How do I update the card on file?

    To update the credit card on file for your TrapCall subscription, please click HERE. After you've entered all of your billing information, click Add Card. The new card will be added to your account and will be billing on your renewal date.
