Below are the the numbers to contact your carrier and the forwarding number you'll need to give them:

When you ask to speak with their Technical Support team, please make sure to specify that you do NOT want to forward all of your calls. Many representatives may confuse Conditional Call Forwarding for regular call forwarding, which forwards ALL of your calls immediately, and your phone will NEVER ring. Instead you wish to forward when busyforward when unanswered, and forward when unreachable to the forwarding number specified for your carrier.

After this, your phone is all set to start unmasking calls! Just remember to reject/decline any blocked call that comes into your phone. Within a few seconds, we'll send it back to you with the unmasked number. If you are on an iPhone, it is best to double click the power button to decline the call.
