  • How will TrapCall help me stop these harassing calls?

    If you are being harassed by people hiding behind blocked calls it can be very annoying and scary. TrapCall can unmask calls that come into your phone as BlockedPrivateRestricted, and No Caller ID.   • Does it unblock "No Caller ID" calls too?

    Once you have TrapCall any new call you get from a BlockedPrivateRestricted, or No Caller ID number can be unmasked. When your phone rings from a blocked number you need to reject or decline the call. A few seconds later, your phone will ring again with the caller’s phone number revealed.

  • Can I see the number of the person who called me before I had TrapCall?

    This is a commonly asked question, but it’s not technically possible for TrapCall to unmask blocked calls received before activating TrapCall on your phone. The service needs to be on your phone at the time of the call for us to work our magic. We offer yearly plans for TrapCall for this very reason, because you never know when you might get a blocked call you really want unmasked.

  • Is my carrier supported?

    AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, MetroPCS, US Cellular, Cricket, and business class C-Spire are currently supported carriers with TrapCall. Conditional Call Forwarding is required in order to unmask blocked calls. If your carrier doesn't offer this feature, TrapCall will be unable to operate with your device.

  • Will TrapCall work in my country?

    We love knowing people all over the world are interested in our service. At this time, only the US and Puerto Rico are supported. We hope to expand to new countries in the future, but we’re still researching before making any decisions. Thank you for your interest!

  • Is TrapCall hard to set up?

    TrapCall is very easy to set up. After you create your account, we'll walk you through a short activation process. You'll need to dial our activation codes which set up your phone’s Conditional Call Forwarding feature. This allows your calls to come to your phone first. If they're blocked, just decline them and they'll be sent to TrapCall. A few seconds later, the call will ring back to you unmasked.

  • How will I be billed?

    During the sign up process, you will be given the option of a monthlyyearly, or two-year subscription. TrapCall is a subscription service that automatically renews once your current billing cycle has ended. This billing schedule continues until you decide you no longer need the service and are ready to cancel the service and deactivate TrapCall from your phone. With all of our plans, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Can TrapCall record my calls for me?

    If you choose our Ultimate subscription, you'll have the option to record any of your incoming calls. You will be able to record the entire conversation and review it upon completion, in your TrapCall account. We also include the option of playing a warning message, to ensure you comply with your state laws. However, you can turn this warning off if you choose to.
