How does Spam Protection for Android work?

TrapCall’s Spam Protection for Android automatically blocks unwanted spam, telemarketing, and robocalls.

After downloading the app and enabling Call Blocking permission, TrapCall will immediately get to work blocking these unwanted calls for you. When a number on our global spam list tries calling you, instead that caller will immediately hear a message saying your number is no longer in service, and the call will be disconnected. You’ll see these calls logged in the TrapCall app with the label Spam in your call logs. Plus, TrapCall will also automatically block any numbers you add to your personal block list.
