For the time being, whenever you receive a voicemail while using TrapCall on Verizon we'll send you a text with the voicemail so that you can play the audio right from the message. We're working on restoring TrapCall's compatibility with Verizon's default voicemail system, but in the meantime this will ensure that you still receive all of your voicemails without issue.
In order for TrapCall's service to work properly, we use a feature called Conditional Call Forwarding. This is what allows us to unmask any blocked phone calls you receive when you decline them. Whenever you decline or miss a call while using TrapCall, the call first gets sent to us, and then we send it to your voicemail. For assistance in changing your voicemail greeting, please click HERE.
UPDATE: This issue with Verizon Voicemail has been resolved. All Verizon users can now receive voicemails through their carrier like normal. If you would like to make any changes to your voicemail settings, or have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our Support Team via Live Chat.
