If you’re experiencing issues setting up your voicemail, it’s likely that our system has been unable to recover the voicemail number that you're set to with your carrier. In order to retrieve that number, kindly follow these simple steps:
- Dial ##004# and press call. Dismiss the notification that pops up.
- Dial #67# and press call again. You'll hear the number beginning with +1 that your phone is set to forward calls to. Note down the number and send it to us as a reply to our latest email.
Once we receive this number, we’ll gladly update it on your account and provide you with new programming instructions.
Sprint, US Cellular, Visible, C-Spire
If your carrier is Sprint, US Cellular, Visible, or Business Class C-Spire, we regret to inform you that we’re not allowed to forward calls to their voicemail system. Therefore, you won’t be able to continue using their standard voicemail service on your device while also being programmed to TrapCall.
However, you’re welcome to activate our Hosted Voicemail service. This is a great all-inclusive feature that will allow you to receive all of your messages directly in your TrapCall account. Moreover, this feature offers some exclusive options such as the possibility to customize your greeting.
