- The reason for the request
- The phone number associated with your TrapCall account
- A screenshot of the invoice received via email that notified you of the charge from our app
If you're experiencing issues requesting a refund through the App Store or Google Play Store, don't hesitate to contact Apple Support and Google Play Support directly.
Unfortunately, as we don’t manage your Apple/Google subscriptions and payments, we cannot issue refunds in these cases.
